I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Civil Rights Corps in May 2023
Interview
Panel interview with four staff, each of whom asked a series of questions about my background and interest in the equity policy space. I went through a 30 minute interview but didn't make it any further in the process.

Question 1
How do you remain committed to anti-racist principles?
I applied online. I interviewed at Civil Rights Corps (Washington, DC)
Interview
Everyone was very nice, but they asked very specific questions regarding coalition building and other parts of the role that could be kind of difficult to answer on the spot. Also most questions were two-pronged so it could be difficult to answer all at once.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for the Civil Rights Corps?
I applied online. I interviewed at Civil Rights Corps in Nov 2020
Interview
Joined a Zoom call with four members of staff. It seemed for the most part that the staff did not want to be there. The best way I can describe the feeling was that it seemed like they had all been arguing before the call started. Employees read rote questions from some worksheet they had all been given, took a few questions, and then ended the interview.
