I received a booking slot where I could choose my interview time. I then received multiple emails with instructions on how to prepare. The interviewers explained the process at the beginning of the interview. It was remote, and it felt relaxed.

Very positive interview experience. Panel members are not there to catch you out, they're there to support you and help probe you to the correct answers. If you remember the STAR method, and use the word "I" not "we" you'll be fine
