Interview
The interview process took over a year. They were extremely nice but very inconsistent. I was flown out to both Massachusetts and Chicago, IL - After every interview I received great feed back practically telling me I got the job. However, then I would go for a couple of months without hearing back from them. After over a year of dragging me along - they never even let me know they were going with somebody else.
Overall - I have mixed feelings about the process. Everyone was so nice, and seemed to be so professional - the job seemed to great. But now realizing how extremely poor the communication is with the company and how I was ultimately treated - I wouldn't recommend getting involved with this company.

How do I stay current?/What organizations/social media groups do I belong to? Who does my Design network consist of? What is my background with color? Do I like to travel? What inspires me?

Ein Interview am Telefon und zwei in der Gruppe. Es war mir nicht bewusst, aber die Entscheidung, mir die Stelle anzubieten, war bereits vor dem zweitem Interview gefallen. Dieses war im Grunde eine Bestätigung, dass ich mich für die Position eigne, und umfasste die Gehaltsverhandlung.
