Question 1
How do you go about identifying leads and prospects in your current role?

Interview
It was a three-stepped interview process. The first was was with the recruiter, the second one was an online verbal-reasoning assessment and the third was a chat with your line managers.
Thought-through structure (phone interview, 1st f2f and 2nd f2f) with personality and values testing in between. The entire process was connected and was building on top of the previous step. The personality and values tests reveal if a person would fit well into the company as well as the various teams.
