ClarisHealth interview questions

It was a 3 round interview, friendly interview looks like a good company, the third round was more like a discussion to get to know me personally not much of work related questions. The first two were with the hiring manager and Director

It seems there is a significant lack of communication between HR and the hiring managers at this company. HR appears to be unaware of the specific skills required by the hiring managers, leading to mismatched job placements. I used my PTO to interview with them, only to be referred to a different position that didn't align with my skillset and offered significantly lower pay. Additionally, they asked numerous detailed questions about my job and clients at my previous employer, who happens to be one of their biggest competitors. However, when I inquired about their operations, they evaded my questions. This raises concerns that they might be attempting to gather competitive intelligence from candidates without any genuine intention to hire them for relevant positions. Overall, the experience was confusing and unproductive. I would advise against wasting your time with this company, especially if a recruiter reaches out to you.
