This company’s interview process was one of the most unprofessional I’ve encountered. After multiple rounds, including with the Chief AI Officer Rex Briggs, communication was slow, inconsistent, and often discourteous. Emails went unanswered for long stretches, only to receive abrupt follow-ups later. The interactions, particularly with leadership, came across as arrogant and dismissive, as if candidates’ time and effort had little value. Overall, the process reflected poorly on the organization’s culture and respect for people. Honestly, they are not worth even this review, but i wanted to provide visibility for other candidates.
