Our interview process does use structured questioning, and that's a deliberate choice to ensure consistency and fairness across all candidates. We understand it can feel less conversational, and we're always looking at how to balance structure with genuine engagement.
The feedback on communication and role clarity is noted. Multi-round processes require active coordination, and when that falls short, it affects the candidate experience in ways that matter. That's not the standard we hold ourselves to.
