Interview needs a bit of work. Had one interview with no clear view on next steps. Business may have been in the early stages of creating a customer success team.

After 4 interviews 2 assessment test 7 15 min interviews with team members to ask questions the last person asked me or questions like sell me a pen. I felt like this was something that was not even needed. So I get the news in an email letting me know they still went with someone else. Beware of this as it was a big waste of time and after all of this it sounds like it would have been toxic to work here. Also there was no diversity with no one on the team.

Interview
The interview process lasted over 2 months and consisted of meeting the Director of Talent, COO, CEO, department heads and multiple direct reports. The final interview was 4 hours in length with no compensation and began at 6am local time. The questions seemed general for a director position. It is my understanding that they lean more for the alignment of their values, rather than professional qualifications. The leaders seemed very content with company expectations and fiscal growth, with intensions as staying a private organization. Yet talking with multiple reports they seemed very discontented, unheard, and overwhelmed in their roles and had little faith in leadership’s decision making. Lastly, HR made it clear that it was important to show up as you are and that she integrated her faith into the job environment. (No judgement) I hope this opinion is helpful.
