      Compliance Analyst Interview

      31 Dec 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clark Associates (New York, NY)

      Interview

Interview questions were pretty straight forward regarding the technical aspects of the trade and job. What was a major red flag to me was when they asked my availability and I provided the times, the hiring manager completely ignored it, and they sent me an interview time that was convenient for THEM. I asked about their Zoom policies and the lady seemed to get uncomfortable about it. The next questions I asked centered around team culture and leadership style. I can sense the vibe change after that. Overall, I got the impression that the department's manager micromanages the team. Something to consider as other candidates interview.

      Question 1

Several regarding PGAs, specifically, how did I solve a business problem that was identified.
