The Principal and HR are pleasant. They will ask when is the best time to call you. They will give you a schedule for a skype interview. You need to tell them about your credentials and experiences. They will describe their school and tell you what you will expect from their students.

It was easy; done by the school itself and not the district. You will be offered the position from the school and then the district takes forever to catchup with the paperwork.
