Clarksons interview questions

Applied online to Clarksons and was invited to complete a one-way video interview. This included a few pre-recorded questions focused on motivation (why shipping/broking and Clarksons) and general competency questions. After this, I had a virtual HR interview lasting around 30–40 minutes. It was conversational, covering my background, interest in the industry, and competencies such as teamwork and handling pressure. The focus was more on communication and cultural fit rather than technical knowledge. Currently waiting to hear back on next steps, likely an assessment centre.

The interview process was straightforward, with three different stages. The HireVue online interview, the first stage interview, and then potentially a super day on their site. The main focus was on the company, your interests etc
