Interview
I applied in December and didn't get my first screening email until February, but for a company like Claroty, the wait is absolutely worth it. They are hands down the best offensive OT/CPS company in the market right now, with a product globally recognized for its reliability and robustness. It’s exactly why I wanted to work there in the first place. If you’re passionate about this space and want to work with the gold standard in CPS, this is the place to be.
Once the process kicked off, it was incredibly organized and transparent. I went through six rounds total, including the Recruiter, Hiring Manager, a Technical Session, and then high-level talks with the Director of Support, the VP of Support, and the Federal Director. Every person I spoke with was friendly, encouraging, and very open about the role's roadmap. A shoutout to Chris, my recruiter - you always kept me updated on what is next, what to expect, and you have been an incredible advocate through the process.
The technical interview was a major highlight. Instead of a high-pressure "stump the candidate" vibe, it felt like a collaborative peer-level discussion. We really got to nerd out on some complex technical topics, and the team members conducting the session were as approachable as they were sharp.
Seeing that level of leadership involvement—all the way up to the VP and Federal Director—for a Support role shows that Claroty deeply values its people, culture, and mission. It’s rare to find a company that combines market-leading technology with a culture that treats candidates like peers from day one.

Interview
The process started with a conversation with HR, who was very pleasant ,
I then had a discussion with the group manager, which felt a bit scattered at times but still gave a general sense of the role and expectations.
After that, I was given an extensive take home assignment that included Python, SQL, working with LLM related concepts, and a presentation component
It required quite a broad range of skills and a significant time investment ( took me like 5 hours ) I felt very confident in the work I submitted
The response time was relatively quick, less than a week and the communication remained positive and respectful throughout
Following that HR suggested scheduling a feedback session with the manager, personally this felt a bit unusual
In my view feedback at this stage could typically be communicated through HR, and I’m not sure there is strong value in a dedicated call that doesn’t lead to a positive outcome
especially for a more senior candidate
Overall, the process felt mature and respectful, and HR was genuinely great to work with

Interview
As someone who rarely leaves reviews, I felt compelled to share this experience.
The initial interview with a member of the recruitment team, for a UK-based HRBP role, went well. I progressed to a second interview with a member of the HR team, where the interviewer joined late and apologised - this in itself wasn't an issue. However, most of the session was spent reviewing my CV aloud at the same time as I was answering behavioural questions, which I found distracting and disruptive to my responses. Approximately 15 minutes in, she leaned back and yawned.
The interview felt unstructured and did not reflect a professional candidate experience. Given the time candidates invest in preparation, I left the process with reservations about the overall standard of the interview experience. Candidates deserve better.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The two questions that stood out to me (and I felt were good) were:
- Tell me about a time you made an error?
- Tell me about a process you implemented, what was your role, and what was the impact?
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the interview process felt unstructured and did not meet your expectations, particularly given the effort you invested in preparing. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the team to help improve the candidate experience going forward.
