barley any becasue they are desperate for people, becasue they have already alienated every designer within 100 miles... they will hire you and fully expect you to be gone within a year ... some have made it longer ... but it takes a tremendous emotional and physical toll. these are the people you see in movies about bad executives. it's almost worth spending a year there so you know 100,000 ways to NOT run a business. i'm positive that lack of competition and a total void of compassion is all that keep this place afloat.
