I applied online. I interviewed at Classical Charter Schools (New York, NY) in June 2017
Interview
There were essentially three phases. The first phase was a phone interview. The phone interview took about 45 minites. But I also had questions. Then there was the lesson demo. They have you go in an hour or two before your actual lesson to observe the class you will demo in. I found this to be very helpful for my demo. Then, two people observed me. The instructional coach and the recuriter. They also filmed the demo as well. I was surprised by this. Then they gave me a tour which was followed by a feedback session with the coach who observed you. The instructional coach game me next steps and had me recite what I would change is keep doing while teaching. This interaction was also observed by the school director. Lastly, a formal interview followed with the school director and recruiter taking notes.

Question 1
Why did you want to teach at Classical Charter school?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Classical Charter Schools (New York, NY) in Dec 2022
Interview
I was emailed for an interview, and I scheduled the time and date on the website of Indeed. I was excited about the interview, but after the interviewer logged in via indeed to start the interview, it was based on pre-structured questions by HR. The interviewer was not friendly at all for recruiting for that position. She was dry, and the interview was only 30 mins. I never heard back from the company. After the interview, I researched the school further and read a lot of comments from individuals complaining about the school's leadership and management. I guess I lucked out!

Question 1
They were all pre-structured, so they were boring questions, and the interviewer made them even more boring.
Very easy process. However, it is all a facade. You interview with the director. You do not get to meet any of the teachers at the school. If you do run into a teacher they look miserable.
