The intake interview was so supportive and so kind. I felt like I could have a real conversation and I wasn't worried about saying the wrong thing or expressing myself in a certain way. I appreciated that I was able to really be myself and ask questions. After I applied online I was asked to come in for an interview and from there, we sat in the restaurant during the work day and discussed evrything about the flow of the place and how I might fit in or how I would feel if I did fit in.
