Very comprehensive and thorough. I interviewed through several rounds with both my direct manager and the CIO. They were very transparent and communicative throughout the process. Not a very advanced applicant tracking system, so applying was pretty manual but they’ve since improved.

They did a good job of explaining how the cooperative business model works which I would encourage any applicant to understand and prepare for. It's not the same as your typical competitive business and that is reflected in the culture.
