Firstly I got an interview with HR, it took about 40 minutes. Then I had a video call with senior and the junior designer. They asked me about the design process I follow, my knowledge on design thinking and my strength and challenges I faced. They were very unfriendly and their laughter in response to some of my answers demotivated me. I felt like they looked down on me and it was obvious that they were only asking questions for the sake of asking. They didn't even comment to my answers, they just asked a few scripted questions. They have no right to waste my time like this. A person in a senior position should behave more professionally and should not express what they think and feel through their facial expressions in this way.
They suddenly started asking questions about culture fit. Questions like what I do in my free time. I'm quite sure that my answers align well with the culture fit because I believe I have a personality that fits perfectly with the culture fit article they published in the "Handbook.". They should know that the work we are doing don't solely revolve around culture fit, disregarding my knowledge on the subject was unsettling. I got a rejected mail even without any feedback. It was just waste of time.
