Had a 30 minute phone interview, then came in for an hour long in-person interview, then had to prepare and give a presentation to senior leadership. Also was judged on follow-up response to second interview and had to do a quick phone interview with regional president.

Was a phone interview first with the assistant manager and then in person interview with the assistant and sales manager. Job offered on that interview which lasted about one hour. More of a conversation.

Multiple round interviews, very focused on finding a person's specifc approach to different scenarios. 1st is recruiter then LSMs then the VP of sales. Process is simple, thorough and allows you to understand the workings of CCO and in addition gives feedback when needed.
