Interview
I was interviewed over video conference. Both the CEO and the recruiter coordinator were present. Most of the interaction was between me and the CEO. I was asked mostly behavioral and personality questions and the tone was very informal and relaxed, but professional at the same time. They were very quick at notifying the results of the interview a couple of days after.

3 Step Process
1. Phone Screen - Basic phone call to discuss the opportunity to make sure it is a fit for both parties before moving forward
2. Skills Assessment - You will be tested on skills pertaining to the position you are applying for
3. In Person/Culture Fit - This will be with the CEO to ensure you are a culture fit.
