The process was quick and employees were quick to reach out after every interview even if there were multiple rounds. I experienced two rounds of interviews. First one was with one employee and the last one was with more people.

Wreaks like good old IBM nepotism. Some of the team seemed genuine until you get to one of their "executive directors". I could tell almost immediately this guy had no plan on giving me a true shot and already had some buddy of his in mind for the job. Toward the end he promised to set up some extra time to go into more detail but of course, I was ghosted.
The sad part is I truly believe in the CEO. I sure wish I could have truly had a chance to show what value I could bring... but, you can't beat good old boys nepotism.

Met with several team members from various departments on the tech side of the house. Everyone was very transparent with the work they do and what they're looking for in a solutions engineer.
