I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ClearMotion (Billerica, MA) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied online. Got contact by HR few days later for a 30-min phone interview. Then after nearly 2 weeks, I received email for another 1-hour screen interview with hiring manager and a senior engineer. After another 2 weeks receiving an email for on-site.
For on-site interview, it was a full day with 4 interview sessions and lunch with the team. Overall the experiences are pretty good - interesting technology, dedicated team, nice working place, cool and nice cars, free snacks and lunch (which is quite rare in MA area). After all the interviews, the hiring manager walked me for a tour around the site and labs. I really enjoyed it.
I thought everything went quite well but after another 2 weeks, HR called and told me the position was closed because of new CEO and company structure changed?!
