Clearcover Software Engineer interview questions

Interview process was fast and efficient. - 30 minute recruiter call - 1 hour tech screen with simple coding problem with an engineer - 4 hour interview, consisting of 2 technical sessions (1 coding problem, one data modeling problem), HR behavioral session, and engineering leadership behavioral session. Company's recruiter was prompt and responsive throughout the process.

I had a phone screen where the recruiter told me that they were thinking about turning away a candidate due to having an accent despite having complete requirements for the role. The phone screen was fine besides that. I got to the next round- a one hour technical. I took a half day off work and the interviewer did not show up. They rescheduled my interview for a different day and I had to take more time off work. I did okay in the first half and great in the second half. They said they recruiter would get back to me in a few days. The recruiter never reached out, so I asked for info. They said they would reach out in a few days and never did. I emailed back THREE WEEKS after no response. They still never emailed me back. The company has glowing reviews but I’m unsure if those are fabricated because that is not the reflection of the interview process. It was messy and they did not respect my time. Proceed with caution.
