Two "screener" interviews and one three-hour-long panel interview. Was told that after the panel interview that I would hear back within two weeks, but I was "ghosted" instead. I was very disappointed as I had expected more professionalism towards an applicant who had already spent a lot of her time in the process.

Question 1
Can you give me an example of a time you found something to do during a slow season at work?
I applied online. I interviewed at Clearfield (Ipswich, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
Two really good interviews An initial fact find where I was able to ask any questions I wanted to. I was asked some really good questions that got me thinking. Interviewers generally interested in how they could push my career forward.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Clearfield (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2022
Interview
About a week and a half after an initial screening call, I was asked to attend a "panel interview". This would consist of 4 separate interviews with various members of the marketing team. Each interview was to be around 35 minutes but the hiring manager asked me to budget a total of 4 hours for the experience. I was also asked to write a short, but unique, writing sample for them (not from my existing portfolio). I found everyone I interviewed with to be pleasant enough and I did enjoy learning more about the company. However, a week later, I received a form rejection. After the somewhat enormous time commitment (probably 5 hours total) they asked of me for the interview process, I would have appreciated some feedback. Or at the very least, bare minimum, I would have liked for someone to spend five minutes writing me a short, personalized email thanking me for my time.
