Applied online. It took them a few weeks to get back to me. I got a phone call and was given specific instructions on how to enter and find the building where the interview would be done. Terrible panel interview with three people. The interviewers were very rigid and one-dimensional. I prefer interviewers who converse in the interview, which shows that they have a personality and make good coworkers/bosses, not robotic interviewers who ask rote questions. They asked me stuff, then left an awkward thirty-second pause for the next interviewer to think of a question. The last question was an essay question. They gave me a topic, then asked me to write as much as I wanted or needed in order to answer. They sat there jotting things down and watching me as I wrote. Seemed like a strange way to end an interview.
