Pre-screening interview with HR. They were very warm and friendly. Mostly logistical questions and a description of the hiring process. They discussed salary data as well as potential scheduling options. They made it very clear that their entire campus is a nicotine free campus. After the initial screening interview, they send your application to the hiring manager of the department that you requested.
