A rehab manager met me and explained the details of the job, salary, what was expected of me if I was hired. Then an OT asked behavioral based questions and gave me a tour of the facility. Pretty basic interview.

I had a brief phone interview and then came in for a day to shadow patient care for 4 hours and interview with the director and manager. It seemed pretty straight forward.
