I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Solon, OH) in Sept 2018
Interview
Very thorough process. I applied online, a couple of days later I was sent a link to do an interview through HireVue, as well as a link to take a typing test. Afterwards, I was invited to do a face to face interview. The face to face interview was about 2 hours long and split up into different parts. I’m the first part, I interviewed with two young ladies- they were both very nice. Afterwards, I was taken to do another typing test, followed by another face to face with one of the floor managers. Then I sat with an employee and listened in on calls. I was offered the position a week later. My drug testing was scheduled for the following week and my official start date was set for 2 weeks after that.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH) in Apr 2021
Interview
Initiated with a 10-15 min phone interview with the recruiter. If that goes well you’re scheduled to do a typing assessment and then an interview with the hiring manager via MS Teams. I interviewed with two different managers in different areas. The interview went great, they were both very down to earth and professional. Unfortunately I was not offered the job. I reached out to the recruiter for feedback (since her contact info was the only info I had) just for my personal and professional growth, but I never received a response. I understand that they don’t owe me anything but it would’ve been nice to get some feedback. The whole process was okay other than no response from the recruiter.

Interview
I had a video interview via the link they sent me in an email. It was really simple and easy to navigate. You get some multiple choice questions and a couple video questions where you have a few tries to answer. A few days later I got a typing assessment and a call back a few days after that for an in person interview.
