Shadowed with a nurse for two hours, sat down with the manager for about thirty minutes. Then did a peer interview to get to know the staff and the staff get to know me. Finally met with manager after peer interview and was offered a position.
Emailed regarding Phone interview with a recruiter regarding follow up interview in person, which let to hiring manager interview it is a long process but you get updated very frequently
