The interview process was fairly straightforward and simple. It was a quick phone interview followed by a more in depth in-person interview, typical interview questions, you should express interest in health care and mention your previous experiences.

I applied on Workday, received call from recruiter asking to interview, had an interview with recruiter, and they scheduled for me to interview with the floor manager on the desired floor I picked.
Easy. Ask you why you want to be in patient care. They prefer STNA. If you don’t they will train you as a PCNA but it’s a much easier process if you already have STNA.
