I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH) in June 2010
Interview
Cleveland Clinic Foundation is very selective in their interview process. If you have a CPA, you stand a chance of cracking the interview as the department focuses on Financial reporting and planning. The Group/panel interview consisted of different teams going over the resume, asked questions about background, Fit basic behavioral questions & some odd ball questions to test the managerial background & analytical skillset.

Question 1
Tell me something about you that is not on your resume?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH) in July 2025
Interview
I wasn’t asked any interview questions in the phone screen. My next interview was virtual with the manager and team members. They said I would hear back in a few days which I thought was promising. I didn’t hear back for a week so I followed up with the recruiter. They never responded. I got a rejection email 2 weeks later. I assume I was their second or third choice and they were just waiting for their first to pass background and drug screen.

Three rounds of interviews. The recruiter reached out, gave me questions to answer, and moved me to the next round. It was pretty straightforward and went over my experience and skills. They wanted skills in budgeting, forecasting, Excel, and Tableau.
