Clever Devices Project Engineer interview questions

A waste of time, they don't hire go through the formality of interviews just to show they are transparent but they are not. I had 15 min phone interview followed by 2 hour in person interview with 3 persons. Never during the interview i did not provide relevant answer to the technical and behavioral questions of interviewers. I was even amazed from interviewers discussions that people who have only basic knowledge of subject with little english proficiency got hired in this company. Surely something is fishy. First interviewers asked me what i know about the company, i explain each and every application and device they used for transit, bus and paratransit solutions that was listed on their website. He asked me my experience in factory acceptance testing, I had 5 years experience in that particular subject. Second was like i was speaking to guy from Indian high school who is trying to speak english, he had little knowledge. Cant believe he asked me simple resistor questions which I immediately answered. Asked power generation question, again I was precise in my answers. Cant belief this company hired this person on Merritt. This person so called team lead, again repetition of question what do you know about company. How your experience aligns, again 5 years experience which anyone of the interviewers did not have prior to hiring. From my 2 hour sessions i cross checked my answers, I was right 99% answers. This recruiter was so pathetic that instead of sending me an email of rejection, he gave me a phone call. You know when a call comes from an employer after the interview, you are so happy that you got hired. To my surprise this person called me for rejection, instead of sending me an email. The story did not end here, I was so disappointed not because i was rejected but I had a perfect interview, where my answers were precise, i then reached their headquarter human resources that what was the reason of the rejection. Guess what they said my qualification did not match job requirement, I replied by email, if my qualification did not match why i was called for interview on first place, then in the interview never did not answer any questions, these questions were not selected by me but the interviewers. This company is a thug you can see the previous interviews what happened to candidates. And lastly may be i was rejected because of two indian interviewers out of the panel of three, as I am Pakistani, so nationality bias may be one of the reasons Thanks for wasting my time Clever Devices
