The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ClickUp (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
Interview
Straightforward and quick:
- Initial call w/ recruiter
- Initial call w/ eng hiring manager
- 3 interviews back to back (1 hour each)
- Additional calls I asked for to chat w/ engineers and recruiters
- Offer
Total time spanned roughly 2 weeks.
In general, everyone was very responsive and transparent. Interviewers were friendly and collaborative. Reasonably open-ended questions that gave me a chance to show my experience and background. No silly Leetcode!
Got the sense of: 1) environment where you can have a lot of impact, 2) full of smart, passionate people who want to win!
