After applying online they phone you to say you have an interview, they also send email to confirm . After interview you will then be informed of your interview outcome and possibly sign contract in less than a month

easy questions be yourself. Interviewer makes you feel very comfortable. Describe your job relevant experience and be yourself. They let you know after a couple of days on the outcome and put u on the necessary training if needed.
