I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Climate in May 2023
Interview
The process was lengthy due to the size of their parent company, Bayer, but overall it went smoothly and the recruiter did a fantastic job in keeping me informed throughout. When there was a technical blip in comms at the end of the overarching interview cycle that left both of us wondering what had happened to the other, we ended up having a really thoughtful conversation. Really class on the recruiter's part when he could've just let things be and move on.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Climate (San Francisco, CA) in June 2023
Interview
The process is really time-consuming, especially in the current market. it took 3 months from HR phone screening to the final interview and two weeks to get a response after several follow up. The interview was simple but included: phone screening, a hiring manager phone call, Python live coding, a presentation, HR soft skill interview. A long process which I don't feel all were necessary. I had a great presentation and answered all questions but the interview with the hiring manager gave me the feeling that they already decided on their person and I read from the lack of attention she/he had during the interview.
