There was an initial call with the hiring manager, a second interview with a panel, a skills assessment and then a final interview. The skills assessment was compensated which was nice, although I did not get an offer
Applied online and got an interview about two weeks later. Interviewer was dress super casually which threw me off. Interview went ok, but got ghosted afterwards without any rejection email.

Very well-organized process! I was never left waiting more than a week once the process began, and the hiring manager was very communicative and offered me help with the rest of my job search.
