Interviewed with President, Hiring Manager, Mechanical Director, Service Manager and VP of Engineering. Mostly chit chat, getting a feeling for cultural fit I imagine. No formal technical interview.
Gave powerpoint presentation of where I was in my career, what inspired me, what I hope to work on.

Why did I want to leave my current position, like 5 times. One manifestation of this question was "Why would you leave your job at the gilded halls of [Fortune 100 company] to come to this $h*thole?" Yah, Interview over.
