Extremely ridiculous to ask for a video after a 10 question questionnaire before you even talk to an HR representative. Do not waste your time applying, there is no reason why a video should be recorded if they don’t care enough to schedule 15 minutes with HR.

The process leading up to the interview was well organised and the steps were explained clearly to me. They were very well prepared. Their recruitment specialist was welcoming and encouraging.
