Interviews began shortly after I sent off my application. After the first interview, where I was assessed by the R&D team leader and HR, they asked me to come back in for another. This went very smoothly and I was awarded the position shortly after.

General HR questions about education and career outlook. HR and R&D team leader were very friendly and forthcoming with the position details. Second round questions primarily focused on technical graphs and my individual analysis/interpretation of these documents.

This company kept stringing me along in 2017. Inviting me on several occasion to interview and all of a sudden silence. These managers should have the decency to let people know that they are no longer interested. It looks like they are looking to hire someone again less than a year later. I would want to work with this company
