Clinton Health Access Initiative Program Manager Health Financing interview questions

I have so far undergone 3 interviews. The first is an introductory interview conducted by someone in Global Acquisition where they want to know about your motivation for the position, what you know about CHAI, your management style, how you relate with others, your key skills. The second interview is to test your knowledge and grasp of MS Excel, presentation and communication skills. They give you a case study and require you to submit within 48 hours; however, you aren't supposed to exceed 3 hours working on the case study. Third interview was supposed to be conducted by one person but ended up being interviewed by 2 people from global team. Here, they asked about your understanding of the position, hypothetical cases, your management style, your understanding about key issues in health financing.
