Clio Senior Data Engineer interview questions

I interviewed for a Senior Data Engineer position and the process consisted of 6 rounds, all conducted remotely via Zoom. The structure was clear and well-organized from the start. The process began with an initial recruiter screen with Karman Kua, who was exceptional throughout the entire journey. Communication was consistently clear and timely, and she set realistic expectations at every stage. Subsequent rounds included conversations with the hiring manager, team members, and engineers from across the organization. These covered technical depth, system design thinking, and cultural add. The coding interview was conducted in CoderPad and was LeetCode-style, but the difficulty was appropriate given the allocated time and left room for discussion and questions. Every interviewer was prepared, professional, and genuinely interested in my background. Each session allowed ample time for my questions, which gave me real insight into the team and company culture.
