After 4 interviews, the otherwise responsive interviewers and assistants ghosted me. A few weeks later I receive an email stating that the position was placed on hold and that they'd reach back out as soon as the position opened once more (unnecessary false hope). I then noticed the same position being added once again onto the various outlets. A simple "unfortunately, we decided to go with someone else" would suffice and would at least not leave candidates in limbo. The entire team, especially those in charge of recruitment initiatives were incredibly unprofessional. This is not a company you should waste your time with.
Financial proficiency test along with a writing sample. Followed by a zoom interview discussing investment outlooks and past experiences. Time at the end for questions regarding the role and the business.
