I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Clockwork Concepts (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Came in for a quick preliminary interview earlier this week. Then was asked to come back for a final interview. Met with two team leaders to discuss the details of the position, and give them a chance to get to know me and help determine if I was suited for the position. We went to Starbucks and did exactly that. After learning more, I saw that would be a great opportunity. We got back to the office and I waited in the lobby until they invited me back to a meet with a Manager. It was time see if was going to get the job or not. After some final questions, I was told I would be offered a position.

Interview
There’s a first interview over zoom where they really just “try to put a face to the resume” and then if you get past that then you’re invited to a second round interview with someone who will end up becoming your team leader if you get hired, then finally, if you get a good recommendation from the team leader/interviewer, you get a call from the Assistant Manager of the Location, and then if you get past that too, then you are invited into the office for orientation, where you will learn more about the company, then get your offer letter, and then get scheduled for a paid training.
