I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cloud4C (Hyderābād) in Dec 2025
Interview
Interview went on 3 rounds aptitude GD interview. The HR dept was too good and provided lunch too. The interview took a long wait but it is worth for the job in this company after looking at their work culture and office.
1st round I had coding questions. It was very nice and easy questions were asked. The interviewer was very friendly and helpful. Later after 2 months training they gave full time.Decent interview and experience was ok

Question 1
They mainly asked about the relocation and ok to work in shifts.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cloud4C (Hyderābād) in June 2025
Interview
Declared me “selected,” then vanished. One of the most careless hiring teams I’ve seen.
Cloud4C ran a full interview process, told me I was selected, and then completely vanished for months — no update, no explanation, not even the basic courtesy of a rejection or delay. I had to chase them myself after 4–5 months just to hear, “there’s no requirement now.”
So essentially: they interviewed without planning, confirmed without intent, and ghosted without accountability.
This isn’t just unprofessional — it exposes a hiring system that operates without coordination or respect for candidates’ time. If giving false selections and disappearing is considered normal here,
it raises serious questions about how disorganized the rest of the company might be. The process feels like it’s run by people who don’t even verify whether a requirement exists before hiring students for it.
A company that can’t manage its own hiring process shouldn’t expect anyone to trust its stability.
