      The interview process was extensive with over 12 interviews in 2-3 month span. At the end of the interview process, I was informed that they decided to revamp the role and wouldn't be hiring after all.

      The interview process is slow. it took them 3 months to hire the customer support team. the interviews were not difficult but it was stressing to not have updates. there was a screen interview, an assessment, an interview with a manager, and a final interview with the VP of customer success.
