Extensive and straightforward. Have a purpose and outline how you want your customers to change the world. There are going to be between 4-10 meetings before an offer depending on role you are going for. Dress for success, no exception to this if you really want to shine. Once you are in, you can relax the dress code a bit.

Consists of multiple rounds incl those with SMEs and hiring manager; started in August and still ongoing; hence I cant account on the results so far. The process' steps included 3 telephone and Skype interviews and one session in the form of a panel presenation held in the Cloudera's office in Budapest

How I'd position Cloudera at the the accounts including the partner strategy and territories I'd be active in. Which accounts I would approach among telecoms, financial and insurance enterprises, which countries I'd focus upon etc.
