The hiring process was unnecessarily long and tedious. After several rounds of interviews, each more time-consuming than the last, the final interviewer suggested I apply for a completely different role, which was not what I originally applied for. This made me feel like my time was wasted and that they weren't clear about their needs from the start. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating.
One of the most thorough interviews for a great company. There was a practical portion which was very interesting and seemed to really test ones skills and how they think through problems.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Network infrastructure type questions on how you would troubleshoot complex issues.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudflare (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
4 interviews with various members of the company (executive interview, cultural fit interview, two guys who would presumably be my direct supervisors). Quite unstructured but not in a way that was unsettling; the executive interview was PACKED with technical questions but the other interviews were all just "getting to know you"-type questions.
