interviewed for CSM winter 2026. I realized wasnt a good fit and happy i wasn't selected i got the impression as soon as the camera came on they were not interested. One of the managers who joined the call appeared to be looking at memes of gifs because he was giggling and typing the entire i found this extremely unproffessional. It was clear it was not giggles to anything being said in the interview.

The Interview Process was a great experience. It was very organized and all the next steps were well aligned so I would know what to expect. Also everyone I met in the interviews during the hiring process was very kind and passing a great cultural vibe from the company. It was a long process but I see that as a great point because I feel they were really looking for the right person for the position. They were not just hiring, they were finding the new contributor for the company.
