I applied online. I interviewed at Cloudvisor in June 2026
Interview
After my first screening round which went very well I was sent an intensive take home assignment which was unpaid and was to be sent with a recorded loom video. I did it very comprehensively. My loom video was not seen. After 18 days of submission and no response, I sent a mail asking for reviews and updates to which they replied I had been rejected due to reasons that clearly were not a part of their job description. It was a disappointing process considering the role only required a year of work experience.

Interview
"I had an interview with HR. It went well, the position was explained well and the details given were sufficient. After the interview, I was told that the company likes to be “transparent and honest”, and I was selected to compete the technical assessment. I was also told that it would be more much more work and harder than the position requires and said OK. I was sent a rather long, detailed assignment with a bonus section as well. Completed everything on time and sent it over. I got a confirmation that it was received and they will get back to me. After that, 3 weeks pass, nothing at all, radio silence. I sent 3 reminders asking how the application process was, any updates etc, nothing. The positions have been already removed from Linkedin, probably looks like they have been filled. I honestly feel at this point that it was just an opportunity for the company to get work done for free via sending out assignments. Rather shady, but given the amount of work I did and no response, that is the only thing that makes sense at this point. I don’t think I have ever received this type of ignorant attitude before. I saw the comments listed here and now I can agree that the HR department just simply does not care at all. The people you interview give you their time, energy and hard work. I guess better to be ghosted than working for a company that does not care at all about their employees since this is not only HR, it must be the company culture since there are too many incidents listed here. Advice? Avoid doing assignments for them and read everything here.
