Interview
When I interviewed in the summer of 2022, the creative team was led by an esteemed brand designer who no longer works there as she moved on to a Fortune 100 company. The interview process was relatively easy, and the hiring manager was exceptionally friendly and supportive while providing feedback on my take-home design challenge.
This might be reflective of the job market for designers in 2022 before the industry-wide hiring freeze, but there was only one interview. It was an introductory call with creative manager. Afterward, I was given a simple take-home project, and received the offer upon assessment.

Interview
Applied through LinkedIn and then got an email from the hiring manager to schedule an interview and take an assessment. There was a 2nd round of interviews with 2 of the managers and a current employee and then a reference check.
