3 rounds of interviews & a background check. The interviews were standard with your manager, director & team member. The background check was kind of random & the first time i had to do that for a job.

Interview
The interview happened in a conference room for about an hr. Before going into the room, they make you wait on the bench in front of the front desk. and they ask you to fill out a few paperworks, which basically are writing down your name and info. The actual interview : First half was with HR person. The second half was with a to-be direct manager. With an HR person and with to-be Manager, they basically ask you exactly the same questions. So be prepared to speak about yourself twice.
